Step 1: Your Project

Tell us about your organization and what you're looking for. This helps us understand your goals before we get into design specifics.

The name that will appear on the website.
Leave blank if you don't have one yet.
Organization Type *
This helps us choose the right design patterns and features.
A few sentences is great. What problem does this site solve?

Step 2: Design Direction

These five sliders capture the overall feel of your site. There are no wrong answers - just move each slider to where it feels right for your brand. We use these to guide every design decision from fonts to animation.

Voice

1 = Quiet (light weights, muted palette, generous whitespace) --- 5 = Bold (heavy weights, saturated palette, assertive contrast)

Quiet sites whisper with light fonts and soft colors. Bold sites grab attention with heavy type and vivid color.

Warmth

1 = Cool (blue-gray neutrals, geometric type, sharp corners) --- 5 = Warm (earth tones, serif or rounded type, soft corners)

Cool feels sleek and corporate. Warm feels inviting and personal.

Density

1 = Sparse (few elements, large margins, breathing room) --- 5 = Rich (many elements, tight spacing, content-packed)

Sparse sites feel open and focused. Rich sites feel full and informative.

Motion

1 = Still (no animation, static backgrounds) --- 5 = Kinetic (scroll effects, parallax, entrance animations, hover transforms)

Still sites feel calm and fast-loading. Kinetic sites feel dynamic and immersive.

Formality

1 = Casual (rounded type, playful colors, asymmetric layouts) --- 5 = Formal (serif headings, symmetric grids, restrained palette)

Casual feels friendly and approachable. Formal feels established and authoritative.
3-5 mood words that describe how your brand should feel.
These don't need to be in your industry - we're looking at the feel, not the content.

Step 3: Colors and Typography

Colors and fonts set the personality of your site. If you have existing brand colors, we'll build from those. If not, we'll create a palette that matches your design direction.

Do you have existing brand colors? *
If you have a logo or brand guide with specific colors, select Yes.
Your main brand color - the one most associated with your organization.
A supporting color from your brand. Leave blank if you only have one.
Paste hex codes or describe colors. We'll work them into the palette.
Color Mood Preference *
This guides the overall color palette, especially if you don't have brand colors.

Typography

The right fonts reinforce your brand's personality. Choose the style that feels closest to the impression you want to make.

Typography Feel *
We'll select specific font pairings based on your choice and the design direction sliders.

Step 4: Content and Features

Help us understand the scope of your site. Check all pages and features you need - you can always add more later, but this gives us a solid starting point.

Pages Needed
Check all that apply. We'll build the site map from your selections.
Features and Components
These are interactive elements and special sections we can build into your site.
Existing Content Status *
Helps us plan the content migration and timeline.
Mention any existing site, documents, or materials we should know about.

Step 5: Final Details

Almost done! A few last preferences and any final thoughts before you submit.

Hero Section Style *
The hero is the first thing visitors see at the top of your homepage. This sets the tone.

Animation Level

1 = Minimal (clean, fast, no animation) --- 5 = Dynamic (scroll effects, parallax, entrance animations)

This works alongside your Motion slider from Step 2. Low = calm and quick. High = immersive and dynamic.
No detail is too small. This is your chance to tell us anything we haven't asked about.
